Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

I’m using custom script before sending the email with this action :
add_action( 'wpcf7_before_send_mail', 'function_name' );
Do you? If yes, it might be the problem.
BTW, I rolled back to version 4.7 and everything is OK.
