The 6th argument is for the rating you choose in the discussion settings(where you choose to use Gravatar) of your WordPress.
I will made it possible to enter a custom gravatar size in the next update.

Thanks Harry, The url of the site is tenocation. However, Please make it possible to enter the custom size gravatar as well. I deactivated the plugin until it gets resolved.

yes the sixth argument is for $class. In this array is the rating of the gravatar.
I will give here the info when i make the update. Maybe today, maybe tomorrow, because of Christmas;)
After the update you should activate the plugin and give me an URL where comments with gravatars are shown, so i can look at the issue.

the update to 1.3.6 is online, just update the plugin via your backend.
You can enter the Gravatar size manually now.
I changed the method to get the gravatar rating. So tell me if the issue still exists and if so, then give me an URL to a subpage where comments with (gr)avatars are used so i can take a quick look.
