Hi there @erinlinkphotos, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear this. Could you just confirm that you are still seeing this? If yes, please could you share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Do you see the same after performing a Site Kit reset?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime and I will be happy to help with those. Once you have shared the information above I can review and suggest some next steps should there be any for you to take.

@erinlinkphotos Thanks for sending. Have you tried clearing all cache on your site? I can see that you do have a caching plugin installed so I’d suggest trying this and checking back at your Site Kit dashboard.

If you still encounter the issue after this then please can you share some screenshots or a recording of the experience.

@erinlinkphotos Thanks for the update and sorry to hear you’re still facing the issue. Please can I ask you to try following the troubleshooting steps here to see if you still see the same while in troubleshooting mode with just Site Kit active?

@erinlinkphotos I can see that you have a plugin active in which can cause a Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map') in WidgetAreaRend error. Can I ask if you have tried to follow the steps below:

    1. Download this mini-plugin
    2. Upload and activate the plugin (via the plugin upload method)
    3. Keep this plugin active in the event that the conflict does return

Does this clear the error for you? More information on this can be found in our sticky post about this error. Let me know how you get on with the mini plugin installed.

    Yes this cleared the error!
