Getting started questions

Just getting started with your plugin and have a few questions:
1. Previously I’d been using WooCommerce Stripe Gateway but was having some issues, so I decided to try your plugin instead. The main issue I was having is that some customers were getting the message “Invalid Payment Method”. I was thinking that might be the reason for a drop in sales… But so far it hasn’t picked up since starting to use your plugin. Is there a way to check and see that customers aren’t encountering any issues like this?
2. I also like that you offer a PayPal plugin too, which I’ve installed now. Is there a way though to prioritize the Stripe plugin, specifically by having it be the default option shown on the payment page?3. Lastly, with Stripe Gateway, I had the option to enable ‘Link’ and a lot of people were choosing that. Can I do this with your plugin somehow?
