Just getting started with your plugin and have a few questions:

    1. Previously I’d been using WooCommerce Stripe Gateway but was having some issues, so I decided to try your plugin instead. The main issue I was having is that some customers were getting the message “Invalid Payment Method”. I was thinking that might be the reason for a drop in sales… But so far it hasn’t picked up since starting to use your plugin. Is there a way to check and see that customers aren’t encountering any issues like this?

    2. I also like that you offer a PayPal plugin too, which I’ve installed now. Is there a way though to prioritize the Stripe plugin, specifically by having it be the default option shown on the payment page?

    3. Lastly, with Stripe Gateway, I had the option to enable ‘Link’ and a lot of people were choosing that. Can I do this with your plugin somehow?

      Thank you!

      Sam

      Hi @tallsam

      Thanks for reaching out.

      1. The best way to check for any error message related to payments would be to navigate to the stripe.com > developers > logs page. That page contains entries for every request that is made from the Stripe plugin to Stripe. Any errors that are Stripe related will be displayed there.
      2. Glad to hear you’re liking our PayPal plugin. Payment method priority is controlled via the WooCommerce > Settings > Payments page. This is a core WooCommerce feature and you can drag and drop the payment methods into the order you want them to appear on the checkout page. WooCommerce has some internal logic for pre-selecting the payment method on the checkout page.
        • If the user is returning to your site and has previously bought from your site, the last used payment method will be pre-selected.
        • If this is a new user with no existing order info, the first payment method in the list will be selected.
      3. Yes, you can enable Link via the Advanced Settings page. That will make Link available with the Credit Card Gateway. Are you specifically referring to the Link button in the Express Checkout section of the checkout page?

      Kind Regards
