I had the free version of the plugin and it works fine, the problem is that when I tried to restore a backup, it crashes on Uploads and then when you restore the backup, a lot of photos and videos are missing because it crashes. Now I have purchased the premium plugin and tried to restore but the problem is the same, I attach the report.

I want to attach a file with the restore log but I can’t, I have also tried to attach in the customer support form but once I click send a message pops up saying I am blocked.

I have tried to contact you there but every time I click “submit” appears me a “You’re blocked” page and I can’t send the support request,
