Getting subscriber info via SQL

I’m using Register Plus Redux on a small site with around 30 subscribers, but that will grow I’m sure. I’ve put a couple of extra fields in the subscription form to both weed out spammers and to get some info from subscribers as to their interest in our project. I can view this info in the Dashboard, but is there a way to get the subscriber data via SQL query on the WordPress database? (I know that there are plugins for exporting user metadata but I try to keep the number of plugins on the site down to a minimum, for both speed and security.).
What tables does R+ store its data in? If I know then I can just use a MySQL management system to run occasional queries for subscriber data which I can then present to my clients.
