As we are debugging the issue, In the provided screenshot AMPforWP by ahmad kaludi& Mohammad kaludi is not there. Kindly confirm once.
I have removed that plugin because it was generating the fatal error in Admin Panel.

Kindly we request you to check once by changing the theme and check once with the AMPforWP and AMP by automatic plugins and let us know back if you still getting the same error or not.
