This usually happens when some key required data is missing. Please could you turn on debug mode and let me know the output so that I can try to replicate the issue?
Can you also confirm that you have entered your API username and password in Settings? And can you also please check your error_log for issues?

I have entered my API Consumer Key and Secret Key into the Dashboard settings under Settings/ThinkTwit. Also, I added my twitter user name to the widget itself under General Settings, as well as a few hashtags I want to capture if tweeted. I don’t see a place to enter a password.
I turned on debug mode and the result is very long, but appears to be mostly the settings I selected in the widget’s General Settings. I can send a screen capture; it doesn’t seem to be copyable.
I will check the error_log if I can find it.

Please contact me at http://www.thepicketts.org/contact/ and send me your log info and debug info so that I can help you resolve this issue.
In the meantime please also remove the hashtags so it’s just your Twitter handle and see if there is output. If still no output then please try a Twitter handle which you are 100% sure has had recent tweets and then check again.

Oh hang on, are you getting output or am I confusing myself? Is it just the error you are getting which you are trying to resolve?

This issue has been resolved in the newest version, as kindly confirmed by echofoxtrot. It will be released shortly, just waiting for translation.
