Getting Two mails for same form

    I am testing sending form mails from my website but whenever i submit form i get two mails one with the form details and other with delivery failure because of missing gmail.com in my email id. I tried searching but couldn’t find the place where i missed the m in my email id’s end. https://ibb.co/yh0PfDK here is the pic of the mail i receiving.

    Hey @imbabosco – Thanks for sharing the export file, and the screenshot.

    I did some testing, and I was unable to replicate the issue on my end after importing the form. When you have sometime, can you please share a screenshot of the delivery failure email that you’re getting?

    Hey @imbabosco – Thanks for sharing the details, and the screenshot.

    When you have sometime, can you please check if you’ve properly configured the admin email address under Settings > General? Additionally, please see fi you have any email forwarders in the Gmail account that could be forwarding the email notification to a misspelled email address?

    Hi @prashantrai i have checked the general settings they seem to be setup correctly, And there is no forwarder setup in the gmail account.

    Hey @imbabosco – Thanks for following on this thread. Since the settings are correct and there’s no forwarders setup, in this case, i’d suggest you to please check with you hosting and email provider to see if there’s any configuration issue going and they should be able to assist you.
