Getting various errors

    when i m trying to update my Wp or trying to search theme not been able to do when i check the error log i found this error there

    [Sun May 19 15:31:07 2013] [warn] [client 14.140.113.6] mod_fcgid: can’t apply process slot for /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/php-fcgi, referer: http://awesomemoviez.com/wp-admin/

    and in mysql queries are also getting killed with this error,

    yup i can and when i try to access the plugin pages it take a lot off time …..
    and when i try to add a plugin get error
    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with ww.wp.xz.cn or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums..

    Can you deactivate all plugins?

    yup i tried every single thing on my site but still the same …..

    krishna ya sure i m doing that and my site is Awesome moviez
    Now check all deactivated i talk to my hosting provider they told me that my site is consuming too much resources don’t know y
