Getting White Screen During Login

I’ve been using the WPS Hide Login plugin for at least six months with my current configuration of plugins. I use the Content Control plugin to lock down our customer portal page. Everything has been working fine.
In the last week or two, when customers or admins try to login to the site, we get a white screen during redirect. I have to rename WPS Hide Login directory in order to log into the site as an admin or use customer portal. If I rename the directory back, and activate the plugin, it works fine for 24-36 hours and then the same symptom returns. I have tried disabling/renaming other plugins but the only thing that gives me access to the side is renaming WPS Hide Login directory.
