getwplogin help?

I’m migrating a website from a developer to a Shopify site, and need to migrate the blog as well. The “getwplogin” our former developers set us up with, from an existing WordPress blog, now seems to be broken because I tried entering in the new URL vs the old one in an attempt to migrate it to the new site.

I cannot even log in.

Please help! The usual WordPress login screen does not recognize my login/password and I have no idea how to fix this mess.
