First we need to identify if there’s a styling conflict between Youzify and your theme. Kindly try change your WP theme to default WP theme for temporary. And see if the issue fixed or not.

I’m currently using the aardvark theme, I have also tested with the buddyX and twenty twenty-one theme and the problem is still recurring

I tested taking care to empty the cache + css cache but the problem is still there. I injected the code in (see photo in link)
