    I’m using the Pimwick Gift cards plugin, and the redeem field is not showing up in the position near coupon field or by payment area. I’ve contacted Pimwick and they say Woo Blocks can’t have the standard WooCommerce hooks added. Is there a way to add them with a code snippet, or update the plugin?

    Hi, thanks for reaching out about the coupon field not showing in the site. First, please check that the store has coupons available on your site:

    https://[yourdomainhere]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings

    If that is enabled then you will need to look into the site’s active theme. This can be tested by temporarily enabling a default theme like Storefront from WooCommerce.com or Twenty Twenty from ww.wp.xz.cn, either will work. Then test for this issue again. If the coupon field shows, then the issue is related to the theme. If that is the case, please reach out to the theme developers for assistance on how to display that field in the store.

    If that does not show the coupon field then please submit a request on that in the main WooCommerce plugin, as it’s less of a Blocks issue and more of a WooCommerce Core issue.
