Gift Wrapper – WordPress update

    Hi, excited about the Gift Wrapper plugin but couldn’t get it to work. Followed settings instructions easily with new product and category etc. but got a black screen when selecting ‘gift wrapping’ in cart (couldn’t load). Running Woo and Tower Theme. Could this be because of the latest WP update? If so are when are you updating?

    Hello there,

    It’s more likely due to your theme. Have you tried switching to twentytwelve – twentyseventeen theme to see if that solves your problem?

    Is the Tower theme free? If so please provide a link to its download for me.

    Thank you. No Tower wasn’t free… So much work has gone into site look and feel so I don’t want to risk shifting themes now. Any other ideas?

    No other ideas, it’s a theme-plugin conflict. Without access to your site or the theme, I cannot help.

    Are you using the popup/modal display? Try using the regular inline display instead. The modal conflicts with some themes.
