    Hi there, my gift wrapping is not optional and I dont know how to make it optional and then removed from the cart. Please advise?

    Hi @oonie, this shouldn’t happen. Can you try to deactivate all must-use plugins (if exist) & plugins (except this and Woocommerce) and revert to the default theme, in order to find what code causes the bug?
