Love the plugin. It worked without any problems until recently. After I add a product to the cart, the gift appears, but disappears after I refresh the page, switch to checkout or add another product…

I would recommend running a full conflict test as described here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

It’s very possible that it’s a conflict with another plugin (or possibly even your theme), and this will help you identify the culprit.
