GitHub Plugin URI left blank

    In the Plugin Header the following line is left with some dummy/placeholder text:

    * GitHub Plugin URI: https://github.com/<owner>/<repo>

    This causes issues with https://github.com/afragen/git-updater and GitHub’s APIs by causing the site to repeatedly reach out to a non-existent Repository and quickly uses up the APIs Rate Limit, preventing other Plugins/Themes on the site from being able to update properly from GitHub.

    Could this line either be updated to use the correct data or be removed?
