• Resolved Antartikos Web

Hi everyone. I’ve been using duplicator lots of times but this is the first time I get this error. I haven’t developed the website on my own, so I do not know exactly which restrictions do apply. Please see image

I can access ftp, if further details are needed, just ask.
WP Version: 4.4 (I prefer doing a local backup/copy with Duplicator before updating).
    Thanks in advance

  • Hey @gabrieleformici,

Thanks for the feedback! There are a few items in the FAQ that may provide a solution to this issue, this one may get you going.

        – I get an error/warning about permissions what should I do?

You should be able to change the permissions of those two directories in the picture to something like 755 with most FTP clients.

Let me know if any of them help~

    Hi Cory.
I’m facing a bigger problem right now. I’ve found out the solution before your post, I’ve updated permission settings but now my site got broken. Some plugins stopped working and some parts of the homepage are not displaying…
I’ll post you back when I’ll be able to get my issue solved.

Sounds Good! Thanks for the update…
