Are you using DoDirectPayment or PayFlow? Do you have logging enabled so we can get a look at the raw API logs?

I can’t see the labels in this screenshot so it’s tough for me to confirm, but if you’re sure it’s enabled then we’d have to check for possible firewall rules blocking communication to PayPal’s server or something like that.
Can you test HTTP requests in a basic script just to see if it works there or not?

I’m not getting this complaint from others, so you must have something unique going on. I don’t see any products on this link you gave me to try and test with..??
I may need you to contact me directly and provide access to your site so I can do more troubleshooting, and depending on exactly what’s going on that may require a premium support purchase.
Are both sites using the same theme? Have you tried a different theme? Also, what about other plugins that could be conflicting? Have you tried disabling all your other plugins to see if it works then? If so, then you could re-enable one-by-one until you find the culprit.
