What I would recommend is to remove that GiveWP via SFTP/FTP, or your host’s File Manager, and then upload/install the latest version using either the same method, or via the WordPress dashboard.

Not sure how to find and remove the GiveWP via FTP or our host’s file manager. Guess I need documentation. I’m not the smartest cookie on the block when it comes to these things. HAHA

In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Plugins -> All Plugins.
Do you see “GiveWP – Donation Plugin” listed at all in there?
If you see it, can you click the “Activate” text link below the plugin title?

No, I don’t see it. That’s what I was trying to indicate in the original post. Guess I didn’t explain it very well.

We’re still getting this error, “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”
You mentioned removing the GiveWP through the file manager. Do you have documentation on how to do that?
