Giving errors when job run

    Hi Support,

    I have a website https://foxhollowinc.com/ and i have activated BackWpup plugin on this site. I have authenticated this plugin with Dropobox and I want backup save on Dropbox by WordPress Cron on hourly basis. I have done all setting as needed.
    But when cron run automatically it is giving and error after some time and stopped the run. The errors are below-

    I have tried many times but the errors are getting I have done ll settings already. Please let me know why the errors are getting and why not creating Backup on Dropbox.

    Hello @roshankhan
    Please try BackWPup > Settings > Jobs, set Maximum Script Execution Time setting to about 20 seconds. After that, set Reduce server load to medium then try again.
    Maybe the archive process uses a lot of your server resource so the server stops it leads to the job not responded.

    Hi Support,

    I have already change the setting as you said with 20 Seconds, 30 Seconds, 60 Seconds, etc, and also changed the Reduce Server Load to medium and maximum but the same issue coming. And my site is not very large then why this issue coming. Please solve the issue it’s very urgent. It seeing very frustrated. Please reply fast.

    Sorry, I was not at work that time, could you please give me a few screenshots of the job Files tab? ( BackWPUp -> Jobs -> edit job -> Files tab)
