Well, may I ask did your try to check your page with all plugins deactivated except Elementor and Premium Add-ons? This would greatly help to see if the issue is coming from a conflict with one of the installed plugins.

I deactivated all plugins except elementor and PA, i’ve also deactivated my theme to the default 2022 theme, but the problem still remains unfortunately. It seems like its an issue coming from PA

Could you please try to edit any page then right click with your mouse > Inspect > Console and check if there are any console errors?

After doing so this error popped out:
