    Hello, I have just added Mail Mint to my site and I’m wondering if I’ve done the setup incorrectly. I created an automation to add new contacts into my list upon purchase of a product, but when I test it out, nothing is working. I don’t see the new contact in my list, there is nothing in the tag, and I did not receive the email. Is there a setting that I need to update to fully connect Mail Mint and WooCommerce that I missed? Thank you for your help in this matter.

    Hi @prplebuterfly , can you provide us with a screenshot of the automation flow you used?

    Also, can you check if the order status is “Completed” or some other status?
