Glitching post slider, large bottom. margin

I am using the post slider on the top of my blog and after the first six posts slide by it briefly glitches to three blank posts with much larger image settings, overlapping the rest of my page’s content, before circling back to the beginning. I can’t figure out why it is doing this, and it’s also causing an issue with the margin below the slider being incorrect. Please advise.
