Global Plugins option deactivate all plugins

    It did not happen before with PO plugin.

    Now when I want to check what is making problems/conflicts on site. Deactivate all plugins in Global Plugins option, activate again all of them. They are disabled all, or almost all.

    I remember I did it before hundred of times and this option never actually deactivated plugins. Or at least in background remembered all activated and activated them again.

    Are you running swift security or the security plugin that comes with jetpack?

    Non of them.
    Here is a list of all plugins that are new, used by me for first time:

    – Advanced Custom Fields: Theme Code
    – Heartbeat Control (this one is not new, but I cannot remember if I ever used PO GLobal Plugins option together with it)
    – Polylang
    – Polylang Copy Content

    Strange. I did it right now and went OK.
    Will give it few days of testing. You can mark topic as resolved after few days.

    Maybe this Heartbeat plugin is making this. It is set to 60 seconds. Dont know how PO works.
