Global SEO Redirection not working

    Hello,

    Since the last release the global SEO Redirection is not working anymore.

    1/ On main domain (https://domain.com):

    When I set up an SEO redirection it’s simply not working. Redirection is saved correctly but when I test it, the redirection does not apply.

    However, if I set up SEO Redirections directly on Post or Page it is working fine.

    2/ On subdomains (https://subdomain.domain.com): When saving an SEO redirection for a subdomain I get that alert => “Changes not saved for unexpected reasons. Try again!”
