Global settings & Elementor

Hello,

My web site is under construction and I am facing issues for the following :

1) The global settings are not seen in all pages even after manually doing.

2) These pages with above issue also not editable with Elementor, i.e. while clicking
“Edit with elementor” it says cant edit.
3) the featured products on home page are not seen even after doing the necessary steps.

Please help me with ways to resolve these problem. I am stuck due to these issues and unable to continue the website construction work.
