GlobalSms Getway error

I’m getting the following error for GlobalSms getway.
Fatal error: Class ‘SoapClient’ not found in /home/haircity/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-sms/includes/classes/webservice/smsglobal.class.php on line 37

Unfortunately, in my country it is only provider that looks like operating. Is it possible to fix that?
