Glossary plugin not working

The glossary is not working on the page after creating the new glossary term. I use this plugin on my other website, so not sure what is going on, except maybe with this new website I’m using a pagebuilder tool.

1) Created a glossary term called “KPI” – https://onpremiseaccounting.com/glossary/kpi/.
2) Inserted term on this page, end of first paragraph https://onpremiseaccounting.com/denali-fund/
3) have refreshed page, etc, but not getting the glossary popup on the page, or link, or anything
