Glossary tinyMCE dropdown button not showing

    I was perusing the wp-glossary plugin code and noticed that there appears to be a tinyMCE button that should appear when editing posts/pages, but it doesn’t show up for me. Is this an incomplete feature, wordpress version compatibility issue, or something else?
