    Hello,

You can enable the “Show regular strings tab in String Translation” option in the TranslatePress Advanced Settings – Debug. Then, check in the String Translation Interface – Gettext and Regular tabs to verify if these strings can be found and translated using the search option on the right side.

You can also check in the Translation Editor on the respective page. You may need to select “View Website As – Logged Out” and then select the strings, or search for them in the list of strings by typing the beginning of the strings.

If they cannot be translated, and the form is added through a shortcode, you can create another form in the additional language. By using Conditional Shortcode Based on Language, the form will appear according to the selected language: https://translatepress.com/docs/restrict-by-language/translation-shortcode/

    Kind Regards,

    Anca
