Thanks, but still no 2 columns.
Your last method: the Google Libraries plugin to force a true jQuery browser flush.
is not up to date WP 3.5.1. Can I safely use that ?
That should be OK – yes. Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You really need to upgrade WordPress asap.
Thanks for reminding me to upgrade.
I followed all your instructions, installed google libraries and did all of it at least 3 times but no 2e column is available for me to go ‘live’.
Should I just uninstall eShop ? Because you will soon close this topic as nothing more can be done.
Do you have some advice to get eShop running for me ?
Thanks for now
This is not an eShop issue. It’s a problem that is specific to your site. Have you tried:
– deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
Thank you Esmi, for your patience. Your last message reminded me that a suggestion was given to me, that before I would install a new merchant gateway, to keep the old
eshop-settings-extends.php. This gateway is iDeal and it overwrites this file. Placing back the old file gave me the ‘live’ switch back.
Thanks
