    I tried upgrading to the pro version several times but, my card is declined every time. I tried 4 different cards so, it seems to be something wrong with the site.

    Hi, We also just added Paypal gateway if that works for you. I am reviewing any payment logs and let you know what happened. Thanks

    Also here is more info related to why the payment failed:

    Decline code:”do_not_honor”
    The card has been declined for an unknown reason.
    The customer needs to contact their card issuer for more information.

    Credit Card – The card was declined.

    Paypal – An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment

    I know its not my card or paypal. Ive used both of them today with no problem.

    Theyre closed rn. It failed on 2 different visas, a venmo card, and paypal account…

    Hi, I talked at Stripe, the payment processor, and they advise not to retry the payment since it then will be blocked by them too. First thing to do it to talk at your bank and see why they are blocking the transaction. You can contact me directly at [email protected] since our discussion can contain personal data.

    I bought an online visa gift card, in case it was my bank. That was also declined. Im telling you. The problem is on your end. Why would a visa gift card with a $50 balance be declined?

    After it didnt work, i used that card on something else with no problem.

    I am not saying there is a problem with your card but I am saying to check why the bank blocked the transaction so you can ask them to unblock it. It could be because of security checks and multiple options. We haven’t encountered this for any recent payment.

    I tried a Visa Gift Card and a Master Card gift card. Theres no bank blocking it! I have a mastercard right now with $40 on it. Declined. Theres no security. Theres no options.
