hello, I’m trying to download a backup and what i see is file not found. This has happened on 3 sites that are both on godaddy’s platform. The plugin works fine on other sites and hosts?

Any ideas on what to do to help. Godaddy says it is the plugin issue not theres.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Rob,

I hope you are doing well.
Try to see if the backup files are listed under the backups section of the plugin or you can try and download them via FTP. Let me know if the files are there and I will provide a few things to try.
If the files are missing then something is deleting the files (not the plugin itself).

P.S. I was able to perform a cPanel backup for this case (ideas-global.org). so that’s great.

On thegoinitiative.org We have lost access to the godaddy hosting because the account email was closed. So when I use the All in one migration to export a backup, I rely on the download option to work. Again, in this situation, where I don’t have access to cPanel or FTP, I expect the All inOne Migration tool to work as designed. meaning I want to create a backup and download it.

Because I can’t get the download to work, I am stuck.

I was able to fix the situation.
