Godaddy SMTP setting issues

Hey all, I know this topic has come up a lot on this forum but for the life of me I’m struggling to figure it out. Bare with me, I’m a print designer and in somewhat foreign territory on this.

I have a contact form on my site that is very basic. All it captures is, name, email and a brief description. My hosting is with Godaddy and I have been unable to receive that captured info in the form and have it sent to my email. I have two email accounts, one with Godaddy and one with Hotmail. From my understanding Hotmail’s servers are blocked (I tried), that leaves me with GD. I have read through the latest posts about what settings I need to use with GD and I’m not having any luck (see below). Do I need to get in touch with GD, I hope not because their CS stinks. My test emails go through (to my Goddady account) Let know what else I can provide. I hope it’s something simple I’m overlooking.
