Gone downhill big time

We purchased the pro version of this plugin around two years ago and it was decent.

It works fine until they throw out an update. It generally conflicts with something and you will spend some time figuring it out. We USED to be able to contact them directly. They are no longer available for support. They have chosen to go the route of crappy customer service where they don’t talk to customers anymore. You need to get on their forums and search for an answer because they have no phone number and no email support.

So thanks to WP Google Maps for pretty much nothing, we deactivated the plugin today and will be heading in a different direction. We will chalk it up to wasted money and a lesson learned. If you read the one-star reviews these problems are getting worse, and more so recently. It may have been a change in ownership or growing pains. Either way, it is currently a waste of time and money to install this plugin.
