Its a good plugin but there are a lot of things that could be made clearer. For one thing its set to reduce image sizes that are over 2mb in size which is fine and it did reduce 10,200 images on my website (i think) but i cannnot tell where as i have 100,000 images and there lies the other issue, what have i got to do to reduce these other 90,000 images, for example: it doesnt give you size options to set or it doesnt tell you that “we have found 20,000 more products that are 1.5mb in size do you want to reduce the size of these, yes / no if yes set up this size to shrink etc… So there is a lot more here that can be done for this plugin, also it didnt work initially it was stuck and spinning so i added imagify ip addresses to wordfence and badbotblocker.com white list and then this worked, but it should be a more helpful, especially for those people who are not tech savvy…..

    Hi @imagefy,

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback.

You can filter already optimized images in the Media Library here: https://shottr.cc/s/1YWJ/SCR-20250812-gc3.png.

For the remaining images, you can run the Bulk Optimization to process them.

We’ve noted your suggestions on adding clearer size-based options and better guidance for non-tech users; this is valuable feedback for the team.

If you run into any issues again, please feel free to open a support ticket. I’m confident our team can help you get it sorted quickly.

    Best regards,

This doesnt even filter so you cannot see what has been optimised, everytime i select all media or just images, august or all dates, optimised or unoptimised it give me the same results… There is something wrong with your plugin…
