Good customer support

After some of the updates, the map icons were behaving differently then I would have liked. Not knowing quite what to ask, the FAQ’s are not much help unless you can trip over the correct keyword. So I wrote in to the help section and was very nicely helped by Vanessa Rufo. She was able to step me through the process, all by emails, with some clear directions. Great service on the part of WP Google Maps. Thanks, Mike (americancanals)
