Good for common web

I need only simple weekly backup but where I can set a day and time when it should happen. I tried UpdraftPlus which has such basic setting in the paid version. BackUpWordPress has it.
The only note – when you want something to exclude then you must at first create a backup task and then you can exclude (not inside of setting of this task), what is a little confusing.
