Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback!I’m sorry for the confusion and frustration caused. To clarify, in the Lite version of WPForms, non-payment-related entries are not stored in WordPress by default; they are only sent to you via email and you can easily configure the email notifications by following the steps in this guide. In case you had already setup the notifications, could you please check if these submissions went to your spam folder?
We also offer an optional backup feature in this version called Lite Connect that allows you to back up entries and access them if you decide to upgrade to the paid version in the future. You can learn more about this feature and how it works here. I’m sorry if this caused any confusion, we have also mentioned this on the entries page as shown in this screenshot.
