Our Refund process is like this, just submit a ticket with the title of Refund Request with the Email account that you purchased the Depicter.
We will accept your refund request 14 days after your purchase.
I do not think it is hard, Please understand that you have to submit the refund request with the account you purchased the Depicter, we need to make sure the owner is requesting this.
I am not sure who you are so may I ask you to give me more details about yourself? maybe if you submitted a refund request just give me the ticket ID?
Do not worry if you submit a refund request. we will accept it and if you have not submitted it yet, simply submit a ticket via your purchased Email account
When the account was created, there was a TYPO, and the domain name came to .com.com instead of .com.au. Now, your team is asking me to send an email from a domain that does not exist. Your team has been told about this, but they still ask me to send emails from the same domain. I also sent the request to get my email changed twice but has been ignored. There is no way to change your email after logging in either. So you understand where I am coming from?
