If this plugin works for you, that’s great. If you have standard setup questions the support is OK.

But if for some reason it is not working, and it is not a straight setup issue, they will find every excuse they can find to blow you off. They will blame it on other plugins, non-standard themes, your PHP version (hope you don’t have a PHP version for this century), even though all of these same plugins, themes and PHP version work with their plugin on other websites we have built.

It is frustrating that instead of trying to be genuinely helpful like many other plugin support teams, they have no interest in actually working with you to resolve a problem.

I apologize if you have some issues but we are always happy to help and we try to do sweeps of the support forum every week at least.

The only version of PHP that is currently not supported is PHP 7.1 which we are aware of and are looking to fix it with the next release we put out.

I don’t see any support issues that you have created, but if you were to create one we would be more than happy to assist.

The premium $49 plugin needs to be removed until they can support it. You have been warned. Paid the $49, plugin is very buggy, and NO support. Non Existent. After several attempts to get support from them I get a lame email 3 weeks later saying ‘sorry about the problems, we are going to ask the developer for help’.. then NOTHING and another 2 weeks. Sick
