• I’ve found the plugin very useful since I installed it. It is a great feature to auto generate the PDF preview thumbnail provided your server has the required modules installed. I would recommend the plugin.

    The one thing I can’t give my recommendation on and thus reduce my rating of the plugin is the support from the author. I purchased the Pro Version of the plugin and came across a couple questions that I was hoping to get resolved before I turned over a project to a client.

    After entering the two separate tickets, I patiently awaited a response. A response for which I am still waiting on almost a month later! This is unacceptable to not even get a short response acknowledging that you have even read the question.

    If you are going to charge for an item still and offer support, you should follow through.

    Just thought everyone should be aware.
