    I gave a 4 stars only just because I have an unlimited license and when I asked for support, the person gave me an answer just to get rid of me. He said my problem was a conflict with the CSS from another plugin when in fact the HTML of the forms changed as soon as I activated the other plugin. I expected to get an answer saying that it wasn’t their problem and I would have understood but instead this guy told me some BS without even looking at what I wrote or the page I sent him. When I told him that I couldn’t understand what he was telling cause it didn’t make sense for me, he answered very rudely. I didn’t need that.

    But on last January 1st in the evening, I sent a message saying there was a bug in their software and Steph answered me less than one hour later and they made an update that same night to repair it. That was nice.

    Hi there,

    I’m very sorry to hear you were disappointed by our support and didn’t feel heard. In the case of extreme conflicts like the one you reported with a low-use plugin, I’m afraid this isn’t something our team can spend time debugging, especially when your support is expired. It’s always best to start with the plugin that is causing the conflict.

    But we will definitely make more of an effort to make sure you don’t feel brushed off. I’m very sorry about that!

    I understand perfectly. I was just asking if there was a known conflict with this other plugin. I had a problem with TablePress too but I only had to disable the “table” shortcode in that problematic plugin and it solved the problem.
