• I mostly got this for the ability to change the visual options since the theme I am using is pretty good. It handles text from the core WordPress components well, but may not properly address text generated by plugins. For example, Jetpack’s Twitter widget doesn’t respond to the color or size changes that WP Accessibility tries to apply. Be aware also that regardless of the tool you use, enlarging the print is probably going to make parts of your layout look pretty funky. People who would just like to be able to read it in the first place will forgive you that. If you do nothing else for accessibility, at least install this.

    However, I have to add that unless you understand what the options mean and what your theme does or does not do, you may have some trouble deciding how to implement this plugin.
