Good support, Helpful plugin

I had a situation for which I needed to protect a specific folder not otherwise managed by WordPress and this was the only solution I could find that targeted this need specifically. While some aspects of the sign-up and license acquisition could be simplified and made more user-friendly, the plugin author team provided patient, gracious support via email and virtual meetings until we were satisfied the plugin would work for us.
