good theme, weak support

    good theme indeed. however if you need any kind of customization, they give you no support at all, even for simple customizations. they say “it’s not their support policy” and it’s understandable. however when u find out there is almost noone around who is an expert in their theme or you find an expert with a cost of few grands …!

    I got back to my good-old-fantastic support theme in a few days.

    Astra is a good theme, flexible, may be not the fastest one but not slow. But with this support policy, I believe 3 stars is the highest I can give.
