Good theme, zero support

I like the theme, but there are some issues with it, and it is impossible to get support. I can’t get set up with their support site (and I’ve seen at least one other person who’s posted with the same problem), and the theme designer is non responsive on the wordpress forum. So, there’s no way to get help.
