Good translation plugin

This is a good translation plugin that helped translate all my pages and posts. However, I wish they can make the language switcher pll code easier to use. I need to put the language switcher outside the menu and I have no coding knowledge so I just put the pll code in the custom html block but it does not work. Making it into a shortcode will be better for non-coding users.
